EWF 03/11/17

EWF returns back to the VFW post #8737 in San Bernardnio California. The family friendly Indy promotion has good and good people to enjoy the art of wrestling at a local venue.The interaction with the crowd and the performers keeps you drawn into the show from the beginning of the opening bell all the way to end.

Before I begin my review I want to thank Jesse Hernandez and the EWF talent and staff for hosting an amazing show. Everyone from EWF where very friendly and make you feel apart of the EWF Family. I was honored enough to interview some of the talent from roster such the Empire Wrestling Federation world heavyweight champion "Up town" Andy Brown, Fidel Bravo, Super Beetle , and The Leader of H.A.T.E RAY ROSAS. check out the podcast interview on YouTube (official zii media) and Libsyn.comzii media podcast

EWF kicks off the event with TY Ray Vs Che Cobrera one half of the Emprie wrestling federation tag team champions know as H.A.T.E in singles match. TY Ray a crowd favorite showed a lot of athleticism during the match and gave everything he got to gain the victory over Che Cobrera unfortunately it wasn't enough to solidify him to win. Che Cobrera went over in the match showing H.A.T.E dominance in the Emprie Wrestling Federation. Finishing Ty with a frog splash from the top rope.

Flecha Fugaz Vs Jorel Nelson

Take over the square circle in the 2nd match. Flèche a Luca Libre started off strong by working on Nelson arm even from time to time biting his hand as the referee had his turn away Jorel Nelson screaming in pain yelling for the refer to have him stop but Flèche Fugaz was cunning enough stoping at the right moment to get away from being caught laughing at pain he inflicted on Jorel. Disptie using dirty tricks to get over Jorel Nelson manage to over came the odds and won the match.

The current Emprie wrestling federation American Champion Anthony Idol Vs Wild Horse was the 3rd match of the event. Anthony Idol held an open challenge who Wild Horse accepted for a non title match against him.These heavy weights started to bring down the house. Idol using a big boot wiping off the war paint of Wild Hors right off his face. Once Anthony Idol won his match he utilized this time to call out Super Bettle who he will be facing on 03/25/17 as he will be defending the EWF American title.

In a mixed Heel/ face tag match we got Super Beetle and Fidel Bravo Vs Adrian Quest and Friar Juan Roman. In the 4th match one of the most over guys on the roster Super Beetle who had to team up with Fidel Bravo and accompanied by Bravo his bodyguard Chucho El Sicario. Super beetle had to face his good friend Adrian quest. Who he was looking forward to test each others skills and abilities to see who was better in the squared circle. Also teaming up with Quest was the one and only Friar Juan who Beetle faced last month in a hair Vs mask match, Super Beetle capture that victory over Juan shaving his head but Juan made sure to leave Super Beetle a reminder by ripping his mask at last months event. Fidel was making it difficult for Beetle during the match and Juan made sure to do the same for Quest. At a point in the match just when you thought that Fidel Bravo and Super Beetle can coexist with each other and take the victory. Bravo backstab Beetle ironically enough with a backstabber. Shocking the crowd along with Adrian Quest who was about to pin when Friar Juan also hit Quest with a move knocking him out cold. Too add salt to the wounds of Adrian and Super Beetle, Fidel placed EWF real life sentai warrior Super Beetle on to Ques. Allowing for both bravo and Beetle to win.

EWF 5th match and the semi-main event had non other than Dicky Mayer Vs Steven Andrews in singles competition. Mayer took the W home.

Main Event

"Up Town" Andy Brown Vs Ray Rosas for The Empire Wrestling Federation World Championship. These two both put their bodies on the line slamming each other onto the crowds chairs. Nearly breaking each others backs. After numerous near falls Ray Rosas comes short of tasting empire gold. As the reigning defending champion "Up Town" Andy Brown takes home the win and what matters the most The EWF championship.
